Our flagship Mindfulness 101 course is a six-week, comprehensive introduction to mindfulness practice created by Jay Rinsen Weik and TMI CEO Isabella Ryuka Weik. Designed especially for beginners, this course offers a supportive environment where participants will explore authentic mindfulness techniques to cultivate resilience and wellbeing in your day to day life.
Over the course of six weeks, you’ll learn:
Foundational practices of Mindfulness including origins of Mindfulness
Techniques to apply Mindfulness to your day to day life
Mindful movement to enhance body-mind awareness
Ways to build a personal mindfulness practice that fits into your routine
